All products are delivered immediately we are notified by the payment processor (PayPal or ePDQ)
This normally happens instantly as the transaction takes place, however sometimes it can take longer (Up to 24 hours)
Once our system hears from the payment processor an email with the attached software is dispatched automatically to the email address you provided at the payment processor.
Sometimes there are delays, however most of the time products are delivered within a few moments of paying.
If you dont get your products please FIRST check that your mail system has not filtered our automatic emails as spam or junk email by searching your server or junk folders. Also please ensure that you can receive attachments. If you still cant find it please visit our automated Customer Centre at
http://www.phil-taylor.com/cc use the email address registered at the payment provider. From there you can download replacement software files and view your transaction history and PDF Invoices.
If you need to change your email address please use the automated system at
https://www.phil-taylor.com/change-email and then use the updates service above to request a replacement email
